A Comprehensive Range of Rubber and Urethane Products

In addition to the plug line, Wichita Falls Manufacturing, Inc. also offers custom rubber and urethane molding. We can use existing tooling or supply tooling to your design. We also offer molding for most types of elastomers and specialize in bonding rubber to metal or other substrates.

Rubber Molding Equipment and Grades of Elastomer

We have 20 presses in sizes from 12” x 12” platens and 40 tons of force to 32” x 32” platens with 450 tons of force. We have the equipment, resources and understanding of these products to mold SBR, Nitrile, HNBR, XNBR, FKM, EPDM and silicon elastomers.

Two Urethane RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) Units

We currently have two urethane RIM units and we will be taking delivery of a third unit by the end of 2019. If your part requires a metal insert, that can also be furnished by our foundry, or machined by our machining department.
